Privacy policy

Effective September 25, 2026 (version 2026-09-25). This policy explains what FasterAP, Inc. ("we") collects when you use A2Z and why.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email address, password (stored as a salted hash), role, company name for enterprise accounts, and the Partner you selected for worker accounts.
• Activity data: sample task answers and scores, log-in times, and technical logs (IP address, browser type) kept for security.
• Requests: information you send through our contact, enterprise, partner or activation forms.
• Worker migration registrations: the Mechanical Turk Worker ID you enter on the worker migration page and, if you choose to give them, your country, preferred language, age group and email address. If you give an email address, we use it to send you an invitation to create a worker account.
• Records of acceptance: the version of the terms of service and privacy policy you accepted, the date and time, and your IP address and browser, kept to show what was agreed.
• Enterprise payments: for Enterprises that pay by card, the payment processor collects the card details and we keep the payment and deposit records, the Tasks published and approved, and the times of submission and approval.

If you use A2Z through a Partner, we do not collect identity documents or payment details. Partners collect those from their Workers under their own privacy notices.

If you register as an Independent Worker (where A2Z offers it), our identity verification provider collects and checks your identity document and a photo of your face on our behalf and under its own privacy notice, and tells us the outcome and the minimum details we need to open your account and prevent duplicate accounts. Our payout provider receives your name, email address, country and the payout amount so that it can deliver your payout, and may collect tax information where the law requires it. A list of these providers is available on request.

How we use it

To run your account, to show you sample and live tasks, to introduce you to the Partner you selected, to respond to your requests, to keep the platform secure and to improve task formats using aggregated, de-identified data. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

Worker account details are shared with the Partner you selected so they can verify and contact you. Enterprise details are shared with Partners only as needed to run a program. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery), identity verification and payout providers under contracts that restrict their use of your data. If an Enterprise disputes a payment with its card issuer, we share the records of the agreement, deposits, Tasks and approvals with the card issuer and payment processors to answer the dispute.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is open and for up to 24 months after closure unless a program agreement or law requires longer. Technical logs are kept for 90 days. Worker migration registrations are kept until you ask us to delete them or for 24 months, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correction, or deletion by emailing contact@a2zboard.com. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom have the rights set out in the GDPR, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority. Residents of California have the rights set out in the CCPA.

International transfers

The platform is operated from the United States. Where data moves across borders, we rely on contractual safeguards with our providers and Partners.
