Terms of service

Effective September 25, 2026 (version 2026-09-25). These terms govern use of the A2Z platform at a2zboard.com and its subdomains ("A2Z"), operated by FasterAP, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we", "us").

1. The service

A2Z is a marketplace on which enterprise customers ("Enterprises") publish small units of work ("Tasks") and individuals ("Workers") complete them. A Worker takes part either through an independent partner organisation ("Partner") that has verified them, contracted them and is responsible for paying them, or, where A2Z offers it, directly as an independent worker ("Independent Worker", section 5). A2Z is a marketplace only. It is not the employer of any Worker, is not a party to the relationship between a Partner and its Workers, and does not employ, supervise or direct Workers.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. Sample tasks are practice exercises, are not paid and may be used to evaluate suitability for programs. When you accept these terms and the privacy policy, and each time we ask you to accept an updated version, we record the version, the date and time and technical details such as your IP address and browser, so that we can show what was agreed.

3. Enterprises

Enterprises are responsible for the content and lawfulness of their Tasks, for reviewing submitted work in good time and for paying invoices issued by A2Z under the applicable program agreement. Regulated or personal data may be included in Tasks only under a written program agreement that specifies routing, data-processing terms and approved Partners. Enterprises use A2Z for business purposes and confirm that they are not consumers.

4. Workers who use a Partner

Workers act under the agreement they hold with their Partner. Rates for live Tasks are shown before acceptance. Disputes about review decisions are raised with the Partner, who may escalate to the Enterprise through A2Z. Partners are responsible for identity verification, contracting, payment and management of their Workers and for the quality of their Workers' output.

5. Independent Workers

5.1 Who can register. Where A2Z offers it, an individual may register directly as an Independent Worker without a Partner. An Independent Worker must be at least 18, must live in a country where A2Z offers this, may hold one account only and must complete identity verification with our verification provider before doing live Tasks. Payments to Independent Workers are made through a third-party payout provider, for example as gift cards or prepaid cards where available, and the provider's terms apply to the payout.

5.2 No employment. An Independent Worker is an independent contractor. An Independent Worker is not an employee, worker, agent, partner or joint venturer of A2Z, FasterAP, Inc., their affiliates or any Enterprise, and nothing in these terms or in the use of the platform creates an employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship. A2Z does not hire Independent Workers. A2Z does not promise any amount of work, income or hours, and does not require an Independent Worker to accept, complete or be available for any Task. An Independent Worker decides whether, when, where and how much to work and how to do each Task, may work for others, including competing platforms, may decline or return any Task, and uses their own equipment and internet access. A2Z does not train or supervise Independent Workers in doing the work and does not pay for time. A reward is the price of one Task that has been submitted and approved.

5.3 Marketplace rules are not direction. Time limits set by the Enterprise for a Task, limits on returning Tasks, qualifications, quality checks, and the pausing, suspension or closing of an account are conditions of access to a marketplace. They protect Enterprises and other Workers from fraud, from selecting only the easiest Tasks and from low-quality work. They are not instructions on how to perform work and do not give A2Z control over how an Independent Worker works.

5.4 Taxes and law. An Independent Worker is responsible for their own taxes, social contributions, insurance, licences and registrations and for reporting what they receive. A2Z and its payout provider may collect tax information, report payments and withhold where the law requires it. An Independent Worker is not entitled to wages, overtime, holiday pay, sick pay, pension or other benefits from A2Z.

5.5 Verification and account closure. A2Z may refuse or close an account that fails verification or shows signs of fraud, more than one account, sanctions risk or breach of these terms. Workers who use a Partner are not employees of A2Z either, and the Partner is responsible for the relationship it has with them.

6. Acceptable use

No automated completion of Tasks, no sharing of accounts, no attempt to identify or contact Workers or Enterprises outside the platform, no misuse of Task content beyond the purpose of the Task, and no unlawful content.

7. Payments, approval and delivery (Enterprises)

7.1 Payment. An Enterprise that pays by card authorises A2Z and its payment processor to charge the card for deposits and for the reward and the platform fee of every Task the Enterprise publishes and approves. Where an Enterprise has a written program agreement, the fees and payment terms in it apply first.

7.2 Approval is final. An Enterprise reviews each submission within the review period shown for the Task. When the Enterprise approves a submission, whether by the approve action in the console, through the API, through a review policy it has set up, or automatically because the auto-approval period ended without a decision, the work is delivered and accepted. The reward and the platform fee for that submission are then earned and due, and the approval cannot be reversed or cancelled. A submission can be rejected only before it is approved, and with a reason that is given to the Worker.

7.3 Delivered service. The Enterprise agrees that approved work is a delivered service. A2Z keeps the following records as evidence of delivery: the record of the Enterprise's acceptance of these terms (section 2), the deposit and charge records, and for each Task the time it was published, the time the Worker submitted it, and the time and method of approval, together with the Worker's identifier and the Enterprise's messages about the Task.

7.4 No chargebacks. The Enterprise will not dispute, reverse or charge back a payment that covers approved work or platform fees, and will first contact contact@a2zboard.com about any billing question. If the Enterprise disputes such a payment with its card issuer, it authorises A2Z to give the card issuer and the payment processors the records described in section 7.3. The Enterprise will pay the disputed amount, chargeback fees and A2Z's reasonable costs of dealing with the dispute, and A2Z may suspend the account until the matter is settled.

8. Intellectual property

Enterprises own the work product submitted for their Tasks once approved. A2Z owns the platform, templates it authors and aggregated, de-identified quality data.

9. Warranties and liability

The platform is provided as is during the preview period. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these terms with notice on the platform. When a change matters, we ask you to accept the new version and keep the record described in section 2. Either party may close an account at any time; program agreements govern their own termination.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Program agreements may specify a different law and forum.
